Safety awareness. Users are cautioned that if unusual conditions prevail
(for example, higher or lower extremes of temperature than those described), or if there are signs of abuse of or damage to the helmet or of any component, the degree of protection may be reduced. Any helmet that has received an impact should be removed from service, since the impact may have substantially reduced the ability of the helmet to continue to offer protection. N O T E Certain helmet materials may be susceptible to damage from ultraviolet light and chemical degradation. Periodic examinations should be made of all protective helmets and, in particular, those worn or stored in areas exposed to sunlight for long periods. Ultraviolet degradation may first manifest itself in a loss of surface gloss, called chalking or discoloration. Upon further degradation, the surface will craze or flake away, or both. At the first appearance of any of these phenomena, the shell should be replaced. 27 If any further information is required please go to www.xyzreality.com or contact support@xyzreality.comVERSION:#XYZ-72-01DATE OF ISSUE:02/12/21VERSION:#XYZ-72-01DATE OF ISSUE:02/12/21 USER MANUAL USER MANUAL B U I L D I T R I G H T , F I R S T T I M E . A D D I T I O N A L P R E C A U T I O N S Because the Hard Hat can be damaged, they should not be abused. They should be kept free from abrasions, scrapes, and nicks and should not be dropped, thrown, or used as supports. This applies especially to helmets that are intended to afford protection against electrical hazards. The Hard Hat should not be stored or carried on the rear window shelf of an automobile, since sunlight and extreme heat may cause degradation that will adversely affect the degree of protection they provide. Also, in the case of an emergency stop or accident, the helmet might become a hazardous impactor. Users should exercise care in the selection and installation of additional accessories. Any additional accessories to the helmet may adversely affect the level of protection. The user should make sure that any accessory is compatible with the helmet. Contact the helmet or accessory manufacturer for compatibility information. Users should never alter or modify the helmet (e.g. drill, glue, cut, etc.) to accept accessories unless instructed to do so by the helmet manufacturer. Helmet decorations should not be used to obscure dents, cracks, non-

+44 (0)207 081 3009 12th April 2022 Attestation - Atom Controller - Software Security Statement FCC: 2A3C5XYZ2202 IC: 28181-XYZ222 General Description 1 Describe how any software/firmware updates for elements than can affect the devices RF parameters will be obtained, downloaded, validated and installed. For software that is accessed through manufacturers website or devices management system, describe the different levels of security as appropriate. There is no downloadable software provided by the manufacturer that can modify critical radio transmitter parameters. All RF parameters are programmed in OTP memory at the factory and cannot be modified by third parties. There are no RF parameters that can be modified. All RF parameters are programmed in OTP memory at the factory and cannot be modified by third parties. The firmware is programmed at the factory and cannot be modified by third parties. The firmware is programmed at the factory and cannot be modified by third parties. This WLAN is a client module only. The firmware is programmed at the factory and cannot be modified by third parties. 2 Describe the RF parameters that are modified by any software/firmware without any hardware changes. Are these parameters in some way limited such that any other software/firmware changes will not allow the device to exceed the authorized RF characteristics?
3 Describe in detail the authentication protocols that are in place to ensure that the source of the RF-related software/firmware is valid. Describe in detail how the RF-related software is protected against modification 5 4 Describe in detail any encryption methods used to support the use of legitimate RF-
related software/firmware. For a device that can be configured as a master and client (with active or passive scanning), explain how the device ensures compliance for each mode? In particular if the device acts as master in some band of operation and client in another; how is compliance ensured in each band of operation?

+44 (0)207 081 3009 1 3 3rd Party Access Control Third parties do not have the capability to operate in any manner that is in violation of the certification in the U.S. RF parameters are programmed in the OTP memory at the factory and cannot be reprogrammed or re-flashed by third parties. Explain if any third parties have the capability to operate a U.S.-sold device on any other regulatory domain, frequencies, or in any manner that may allow the device to operate in violation of the devices authorization if activated in the U.S. 2 Describe, if the device permits third-party software or firmware installation, what mechanisms are provided by the manufacturer to permit integration of such functions while ensuring that the RF parameters of the device cannot be operated outside its authorization for operation in the U.S. In the description include what controls and/or agreements are in place with providers of third-party functionality to ensure the devices underlying RF parameters are unchanged and how the manufacturer verifies the functionality. For Certified Transmitter modular devices, describe how the module grantee ensures that host manufacturers fully comply with these software security requirements for UNII devices. If the module is controlled through driver software loaded in the host, describe how the drivers are controlled and managed such that the modular transmitter RF parameters are not modified outside the grant of authorization. There are no RF parameters that can be modified. All RF parameters are programmed in OTP memory at the factory and cannot be modified by third parties.
