Only use the enclosed adapter
(DC 1000mA). You will see green LED is turned on. Baby Unit is already paired with Parent Unit without using the pairing button. If you need to add more cameras in the future, you can use this button to add. Please refer to page 14 < Add more cameras>. 2) Place the Baby Unit on a flat surface, such as a desk or shelf, or mount the camera on a wall. 3) Connect the small plug of power adapter to Parent Unit and push the connector to the end. Only use the enclosed adapter (DC 2000mA). Recommend charging time of at least 3 hours before first use. 3 Precaution: Use of battery for Parent Unit When battery level is low, the power on/off LED flashes red, the monitor comes with sound alert and battery icon on LCD display flashes red. Extend life cycle of battery: Only charge the battery when the battery life indicator is low. Constant recharging of your battery before the low battery indicator light comes on will decrease the life of your batteries. Optimize battery life: Louder speaker sound level consumes more battery power and shortens battery life. Switch on power saving mode and turn the speaker sound level to level 1 to have optimized battery life. 4 Scan mode in single screen If two or more cameras are paired for monitoring, in single-screen mode, after entering scan mode, the monitor will switch between paired cameras every 10 seconds. You can enter the menu with the Menu button only in single screen. You cannot enter the menu in split screen. 5 Scan mode in split screen In split screen, press Menu button to enable scan function, the monitor will alternately receive audio from the paired cameras every 10 seconds. 6 Quickly switch to the cameras you want to watch You could use OK/VIEW button to quickly switch to Camera 1, Camera 2, and split screen. In single screen, you can use the Menu button to enter the menu for settings. Note: you cannot enter the menu in split screen. 7 Zoom in In single screen, press and hold Menu button for 2 seconds to zoom in at 2X and 4X, and then return to 1X. Press and hold for 2s 8 Talk to your Baby Unit Press and hold the Talk button, and then speak to your Parent Unit. Your voice is transmitted to the Baby Unit. Release the Talk button when finished talking and hear your baby again. Press and hold 9 Power Saving SCREEN OFF Save battery with SCREEN OFF mode by switching off screen. VOX button switches off screen and keeps audio on (default setting "SCREEN OFF"). Press any button (except the power button) to exit the Power Saving mode and switch on screen. 10 Power Saving ECO Save more battery with ECO mode by switching off both screen and audio. Enter the menu and then set to ECO. You could select activation sound level between high, medium, low in the menu. 11 Press VOX button, both sound and screen will be shut off after 30 seconds. Monitor will be activated when camera detects sound that exceeds the activation sound level you selected (Default level is medium). After sound and screen is shut off, you could press Power button to switch on both sound and screen. After 30 seconds of inactivity, the sound and screen will shut off again. 12 Adjust the monitor volume Press the Volume button to adjust the monitor volume. 13 Adjust the camera volume After entering the menu, press the / button to adjust the volume of the current channel camera. For other paired cameras, you need to switch to the corresponding channel and re-enter the menu to adjust. The current channel is CAM1 14 Add more cameras After entering the menu, choose the channel you need to pair by pressing OK button, and make the monitor enter the pairing mode. When the pairing message is on screen, press and hold the camera pairing button for 3 seconds. When camera and monitor is paired, video is on screen automatically. 15 Delete camera After entering the menu, choose a camera to delete. 16 Temperature alarm After entering the menu, enter the Alarm function to set the temperature (high and low limits) for the current channel camera. For other paired cameras, you need to switch to the corresponding channel and re-enter the menu for the settings. The current channel is CAM1 17 Playing lullaby After entering the menu, you could choose a lullaby to play on the camera of the current channel. For other paired cameras, you need to switch to the corresponding channel and re-enter the menu to select the lullaby.
