If you need to replace the product, please keep the package and all the items in good condition. 3 Indicator Figure 3-1 shows the indicators on the front panel of the ZXHN F680 unit. The ONT registration fails or the system is not powered on. Solid green The ONT registration is successful. Flashing green The ONT is being registered. Indicator Status Description Off The ONT received optical power is normal. LOS Solid red The optical transmitter of the PON interface is powered off. Flashing red The received optical power is less than the optical receiver sensitivity, or the device is downloading a program package. The device is not powered on, there is no WAN connection with Internet properties configured, or the WAN configuration is not effective. Internet Solid green There is a WAN connection with Internet properties configured and the WAN configuration is effective. Flashing green Data is being transmitted. The device is not powered on or the USB interface is not connected. USB Solid green The USB interface is connected and operating in host mode, but no data is being transmitted. Flashing green Data is being transmitted on the interface. The device is not powered on or the network link is not established. LAN1 LAN4 Solid green The network link has been established but no data is being transmitted or received. Flashing green Data is being transmitted or received. The device is not powered on or the voice service cannot be registered on the softswitch. Phone1 Phone2 Solid green The voice service is successfully registered on the softswitch, but there is no service traffic. Flashing green There is voice service traffic. Off Off Off Off Indicator Status Description The device is not powered on or the wireless interface is disabled. 2.4GHz Solid green The wireless interface is enabled. Flashing green Data is being transmitted. The device is not powered on or the wireless interface is disabled. 5GHz Solid green The wireless interface is enabled. Flashing green Data is being transmitted. WPS Negotiation is in progress. Negotiation is successful. Session overlapping detection is being implemented or negotiation fails. There is no standby power supply or the standby power supply fails. Off Off Yellow Green Red Off BBU Solid green The standby power supply is used and operates properly. Flashing green The standby power supply is used but operates improperly. For example, undervoltage occurs. 4 Interface Figure 4-1 shows the interfaces and buttons of the ZXHN F680 unit. Standby power supply interface, connected to a standby power supply through a dedicated cable. LAN1 LAN4 RJ-45 Ethernet interface. Standard USB 3.0 interface, connected to a USB storage device for file sharing, fast backup, and data restoration. BBU USB1 On/Off Power PON USB2 Reset WPS Wi-Fi Interface/Button Description Power switch. 12 V DC power connector. PON interface. Standard USB 2.0 interface, connected to a USB storage device for file sharing, fast backup, and data restoration. Reset key used when the device is powered on and activated. By using a thin needle, press the key inside the hole and then immediately release the key, and then the device is restarted. The configurations will not be lost. By using a thin needle, keep pressing the key inside the hole for more than five seconds, and then the device is restored to the factory defaults. Wi-Fi protection button. To enable the Wi-Fi protection function, press this button, so that users can access the network without entering their passwords. WLAN button for enabling or disabling the 2.4G/5G WLAN function. The Reset button, Wi-Fi button, WPS button and USB2 interface are on a side of the ZXHN F680 device. 5 Product Features Interfaces GPON interface:

ernet devices, such as the user PC. Provides the Internet access and IPTV services. Phone service access: Supports SIP protocol. WLAN: Users can connect to the ZXHN F680 through WLAN. Data sharing, backup, and restoration: provides the USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 interface connected to a USB storage device for file sharing, fast backup, and data restoration. Security: Provides multi-level authentication based on the device, user and service, and provides the data channel encryption for safety. QoS: Provides QoS services meeting the requirements of various services for the local devices and network Network management: Provides multi-mode network management. 6 Pechnical Specification For the product specifications of the ZXHN F680 , refer to Table 6-1. Figure 7-1 Entire Connection Verify that the cable connections are correct, and press the On/Off button. After the power indicator is lit and other indicators operate properly, services of the carrier can be used. 8 Troubleshooting The Power indicator on the front panel is off after the power button is pressed. The power adapter is not correctly connected to the device. Be sure to use the power adapter supplied with the device. The LOS indicator is flashing red or solid red after the device is powered on. The optical fiber is not correctly connected to the ONT PON interface. The optical fiber is broken or damaged. If the indicator is solid red or keeps flashing, please contact the service provider for maintenance. The PON indicator on the front panel is off or flashing green after the device is powered on. The GPON link is not established. The ONT is not registered. Please contact the service provider for help. The green LAN indicator on the front panel is off after the device is powered on. The corresponding LAN link is not established. The Ethernet cable is not correctly connected to the LAN interface. The network device connected to the LAN interface is not powered on. The Phone indicator on the front panel is off after the device is powered on. The telephone function is abnormal. Please contact the service provider for help. 9 FCC Statement FCC Statement This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules.
