This approval is for 2 variations: Thin and SP141 as described in the filing. In Mobile RF Exposure configurations, the antenna(s) used for this device must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20cm from all persons. The External PIFA antenna has been evaluated for SAR compliance using the Modular approach of KDB 447498 & 616217 for use in the screen section of laptop/notebook computers that have a minimum of 1.1 cm and 1.3 cm separation to the user, respectively for Thin and SP141. The highest reported SAR value is 0.71 W/kg. Grantee must coordinate with OEM integrators to determine applicable host configurations to ensure RF exposure compliance, including simultaneous transmission SAR requirements according applicable guidance for final host configurations.
