1 Grant CommentsModular Transmitter. Power output listed is conducted. The antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 3dBi (antennas for use with this module are listed in the product manual and are provided as an exhibit with this submission) The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be collocated or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. Antenna configurations with higher gains than above are addressed at time of licensing. The final product operating with this transmitter must include operating instructions and applicable warnings for end users and installers to satisfy RF exposure compliance requirements. OEM integrators must be informed of the specific requirements. This Grant of Authorization was revised on the 5th of December 2011 to correct the power listing, which was incorrect as a result of a test error and erroneous transcription from the test report. This Grant of Authorization was revised on the 13th of December to add the specific portable host configuration and collocation with BlueGiga Technologies Inc. Bluetooth module FCC ID: QOQWT12 as shown in this permissive change filing. The highest reports SAR value is: 1.29 W/kg.
