1 2 Grant CommentsOutput power is ERP for Part 22 and EIRP for Part 24. This device contains 900 / 1800 MHz and WCDMA FDD band I functions that are not operational in U.S. Territories. Device was tested for SAR compliance for use in notebook computers with connector configurations as described in this filing, and can be used with notebook computers with substantially similar physical dimensions, construction, and electrical and RF characteristics. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. For mounting-clip accessory configuration, the antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not be operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter within a host device. End-users must be provided with specific information required to satisfy RF exposure compliance for all final notebook computer host devices. The maximum reported body SAR values are: Part 22 - 1.28 W/kg; Part 24 - 1.31 W/kg.
