POWER ON/OFF and PAIRING POWERING ON/OFF When the device is off, press and hold the POWER button to turn the device on. The status indicator will begin blinking to indicate the current operation status. When the device is on, press and hold the POWER button to turn the device off. The status indicator will stop blinking. PAIRING When the device is on, press and release to entering pairing mode. The device will stay in pairing mode for 30 seconds. STATUS INDICATOR The status indicator is an orange LED. A slow steady flash indicates the device is powered on but NOT connected to a bike adapter. A fast but steady flash indicates the device IS connected to a bike adapter and operating properly. 2 quick flashes and then a pause indicates the device is in pairing mode. The external charger can be power by any USB wall adapter. A 2 amp wall adapter is recommended. The external charger can be power by any 12volt DC power source, such as your motorcycle. A DC Power plug is provided that is compatible with most heated clothing power adapters. The charger CANNOT be power by a permanently mounted heated clothing adapter. To charge a helmet, plug the small charging connector to the device charging port. Depending on the battery option installed, it can take up to 18 hours to fully charge. CHARGING STATUS INDICATORS A single RED led indicates that a device is being charged. A single GREEN led indicates that a device is fully charged. Both a RED and a GREEN led indicates that the charger is not connected to a helmet. When used for earphones, the volume controls will increase/decrease the audio level in the earphones When used for external audio input, The volume controls will NOT increase or decrease the external audio level. Use the volume controls on the external device to control the audio level.
