Cable ties 1 SAVE THE TREES, SAVE THE EARTH EN Installation Install the Pedal Magnet Attach the pedal magnet to the crank arm of the bike using a cable tie as shown above. After it is tightened, make sure the indication line on the pedal magnet is aligned with that on the cadence. Install the Speed and Cadence Bike Sensor Attach the cadence onto the rear chain stay using two cable ties as shown above. Make sure theres enough room between the sensor arm and spokes to avoid getting stuck during the ride. 3. Install the Spoke Magnet i. Disassemble the spoke magnet by unscrewing the magnet from the plastic part. ii. Place the spoke in the groove of the plastic part and screw it on tightly. iii. Make sure there is enough room between the sensor arm and spoke, and the magnet is aligned with the sensor arm and indication line. lll. How to Assemble and Change Battery 1. Use acoin to twist open the cap on the back of the cadence. 2. Remove the battery inside with a new one. 3. Close the back cover by twisting it back into place. Note: Please make sure the battery cap is securely sealed to prevent unexpected water leakage. IV.
