Periodo di garanzia: il periodo di tempo durante il quale Monster deve aver ricevuto la Sua Richiesta Formale di Garanzia. I diversi Periodi di Garanzia relativi ai Difetti del Prodotto sono definiti nella seguente Tabella Illustrativa. Los distintos Periodos de Garanta relacionados con los Defectos de Producto quedan definidos en la Tabla de Especificaciones ms adelante. Defeito do Produto significa uma desadequao do Produto que existia no momento em que o Utilizador recebeu o Produto de um Operador Autorizado e que causa uma incapacidade do Produto desempenhar as suas funes nos termos da documentao da Monster que o acompanha, excepto se tal incapacidade for completa ou parcialmente causada por (a) qualquer outra utilizao que no a Utilizao Adequada, (b) transporte, negligncia, utilizao incorrecta ou abuso por qualquer indivduo que no empregados da Monster; (c) alterao, ingerncia ou modificao do produto por qualquer outro indivduo que no um empregado da Monster; (d) acidente (que no um mau funcionamento que de outra forma se qualifique como Defeito do Produto); (e) manuteno ou prestao de servios relativamente ao Produto por qualquer outro indivduo que no um empregado da Monster; (f) exposio do Produto a calor, luz intensa, sol, lquidos, areia ou outros contaminantes; ou (g) actos fora do controlo da Monster, incluindo nomeadamente desastres naturais, fogo, tempestades, tremores de terra ou inundaes. Perodo da garantia significa o perodo de tempo durante o qual a sua Reclamao Formal de Garantia deve ser recebida pela Monster. Os diferentes Perodos de Garantia relacionados com Defeitos do Produto esto definidos na Tabela de Especificaes infra. O Perodo de Garantia inicia-se na data em que o Utilizador adquiriu ou recebeu (consoante o que ocorrer mais tarde) o Produto de um Operador Autorizado como demonstrado pela factura, recibo de venda ou guia de remessa emitida pelo Operador Autorizado. Se o Utilizador no possuir prova escrita da data de compra ou recepo, o Perodo de Garantia ter incio trs (3) meses aps a data em que o Produto saiu da Monster ou a sua fbrica como demonstrado pelos registos da Monster. O Perodo de Garantia termina quando expirar o tempo definido na Tabela de Especificaes ou quando o Utilizador transferir a propriedade do Produto, consoante o que ocorrer mais cedo. Ainda, o Utilizador dever contactar a Monster e obter um Nmero de Autorizao de Devoluo (como descrito em Como Fazer uma Reclamao) no prazo de dois (2) meses a contar da data em que o Utilizador descobrir um Defeito do Produto (ou devesse ter descoberto um Defeito do Produto, se o mesmo for bvio). Utilizador a primeira pessoa singular que adquiriu, de um Operador Autorizado, o Produto na sua embalagem original.
