variousGrant CommentsClass II Permissive Change to add specific portable configuration host described in the filing (Limited to the Bluetooth, Wireless LAN [2.4 GHz band: Low Power Mode, 5 GHz band: High Power Mode], etc.). Limited Modular Approval. FCC ID must be displayed on the manual. Output power listed is Conducted(Peak). For professional installation only. Device shall not be sold to general public. Use in portable RF exposure conditions is limited to the specific product and antenna configuration evaluated in this filing (Host system: Digital Camera 1VY010). When used in mobile applications, the module antenna(s) must be installed to meet the RF exposure compliance separation distance of 20 cm and any additional testing and authorization process as required. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. The host integrator must follow the integration instructions provided by the module manufacturer and ensure that the composite-system end product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules and to KDB Publication 996369. The host integrator is instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Co-location of this module with other transmitters that operate simultaneously are required to be evaluated using the FCC multi-transmitter procedures. This module can only be used with a host antenna circuit trace layout design in strict compliance with the OEM instructions provided. Only those antennas tested with the device or similar antennas with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmitter. The highest reported SAR for Body-worn and Simultaneous transmission exposure conditions under this FCC ID are 0.89 W/kg and 1.11 W/kg, respectively.
