Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. OEM integrators and end-users must be provided with specific information required to satisfy RF exposure compliance for the final host device. OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. The antenna of this device must not be co-located or used in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. OEM integrators must be provided with antenna installation instructions. This module can only be used with a host antenna circuit trace layout design in strict compliance with the OEM instructions provided. Additional host systems will require reassessment due to the lack of voltage regulation and use special test jig board.
