Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. This modular can only be used for mobile and fixed applications, with a host antenna circuit trace layout design in strict compliance with the OEM instructions provided. OEM integrators installing this module into their product must ensure that the final composite product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules, including the transmitter operation and should refer to guidance in KDB 996369. Separate approval is required for all other operating configurations, including portable configurations with respect to 2.1093 and different antenna configurations.
