Separate evaluation must be required for any portable configuration. When used in mobile applications, the antennas shown in this filing must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. OEM integrators and end-users must be provided with specific information required to satisfy RF exposure compliance for the final host device. OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. The antenna of this device must not be co-located or used in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter except the conditions shown in this filing and/or in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product guidelines.
