This is real easy to do. It should take less than 5 seconds. During off mode hold down the sync, on/off button on the PTT and earpiece until you see a red/blue flashing lights. Both units will flash a single blue light when synced and ready to go. On both units the blue light will blink twice every 4 seconds when in operation. On the ptt a single red light will stay on, which means its connected and working. When both units are synced it will not have to be synced again unless you replace either unit Led colors 2 blue blink every 4 seconds- Working 1 Red solid on PTT and blinking blue- synced and working Blinking Red- Battery needs to be charged Charging-
