Background The Allegro Wall Mount unit is now at validation phase. It was agreed that in order to shorten the validation cycle, MM will get R&D samples for testing. 2. Document scope This document presents the issues that can be tested by MM. 3. Installation Step 1 Wall mount spacer assembly o Put a t-wrap in the spacer, the t-wrap is needed for tightening the communication cable to the spacer, so in case the cable is pulled it will not be cut out from the unit. o Connect the spacer to the wall. o Tighten the cable to the wall mount spacer with the t-wrap. o Attach the wall mount unit to the wall mount spacer by the aid of the guiding pins and 2 screws (supplied). Unit operation by means of Tech tool The unit is opened to communication with tech tool, however it is closed to communication with base station. At this phase, the communication between the wall mount unit and various encoders can be checked. Test can be done as following o Connect the desired encoder to the communication cable. o Get the reads by the tech. tool. 5. RF Tests Unit can be checked in RF chamber:

o Send command to the unit (e.g. get read) by the tech tool. o Measure the RF power of unit reply. o The above is done at low power. o High power tests not supported in current version of Tech tool. 6. Working with Base station Before doing so, the Harmony should be modified to recognize the Allegro wall mount this issue should be coordinated before the tests. Once done perform the following:

o Activate the unit by a magnet

Put a magnet on the red sign for 6 seconds.

Take the magnet out.

Unit should register in 2 3 minutes. Once registered, unit is handled by the Harmony as regular end unit. Confidential Compliance with FCC Regulations CAUTION The User and the Installer should be aware that changes and modifications to the equipment not expressly approved by Master Meter could void warranty and the user's authority to operate the equipment. Professionally trained personnel should install the equipment. ATTENTION The digital portion of the transceiver has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

1) Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. 2) Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. 3) Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. 4) Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. This device complies with Part 15 of FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and
