SetUpCPE Logging in to the Web Management Page Useabrowsertologintothewebmanagementpagetoconfigureandmanagethe CPE. ThefollowingproceduredescribeshowtouseacomputerrunningWindows7and InternetExplorertologintothewebmanagementpageofCPE. Step1ConnecttheCPEproperly. Step 2 Launch Internet Explorer, entershttp://192.168.0.1 in the address bar, and pressesEnter. Step3Entertheusernameandpassword,andclickLogIn. Youcanlogintothewebmanagementpageafterthepasswordisverified. LTE Setting Step1ConnecttheCPEproperly. Step2Logintothewebmanagementpage. Step3ChoseNetworkLTESetting. Step4SetConnectModeandScanmode. Thedefaultconfigurationareautoconnectandscanfullband,ifyouwant to connect the LTE network accord your requirement, you can set the connectmodeasmanual,andjustscansomespecifiedband. Step5IntheSettingarea,modifytheSSID,suchasWF831_138A. Step6Toensureyourdatasafety,itisrecommendedthatyouchangethedefault WiFipassword. Step7ClickSubmittosavetheconfiguration. FAQs ThePOWERindicatordoesnotturnon. MakesurethatthepowercableisconnectedproperlyandtheCPEispowered on. MakesurethatthepoweradapteriscompatiblewiththeCPE. FailstoLoginthewebmanagementpage. MakesurethattheCPEisstarted. Verify that the CPE is correctly connected to the computer through WiFi or a networkcable. Iftheproblempersists,contactauthorizedlocalservicesuppliers. TheCPEfailstosearchforthewirelessnetwork. Checkthatthepoweradapterisconnectedproperly. CheckthattheCPEisplacedinanopenareathatisfarawayfromobstructions, suchasconcreteorwoodenwalls. CheckthattheCPEisplacedfarawayfromhouseholdelectricalappliancesthat generate strong electromagnetic field, such as microwave ovens, refrigerators, andsatellitedishes. Iftheproblempersists,contactauthorizedlocalservicesuppliers. ThepoweradapteroftheCPEisoverheated. TheCPEwillbeoverheatedafterbeingusedforalongtime.Therefore,power offtheCPEwhenyouarenotusingit. CheckthattheCPEisproperlyventilatedandshieldedfromdirectsunlight. Theparametersarerestoredtodefaultvalues. IftheCPEpowersoffunexpectedlywhilebeingconfigured,theparametersmay berestoredtothedefaultsettings. After configuring the parameters, download the configuration file to quickly restoretheCPEtothedesiredsettings. FCCRegulations:
Thisdevicecomplieswithpart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothe following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and(2)thisdevicemustacceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterference thatmaycauseundesiredoperation. ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassB digitaldevice,pursuanttopart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedto providereasonableprotectionagainstharmfulinterferenceinaresidential installation.Thisequipmentgenerates,usesandcanradiateradiofrequency energyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,may causeharmfulinterferencetoradiocommunications.However,thereisno guaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurinaparticularinstallation.Ifthis equipmentdoescauseharmfulinterferencetoradioortelevisionreception, whichcanbedeterminedbyturningtheequipmentoffandon,theuseris encouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneormoreofthefollowing measures:
Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna. Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver. Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhich thereceiverisconnected. Consultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp. Changesormodificationsnotexpresslyapprovedbythemanufacturercould voidtheusersauthoritytooperatetheequipment. FCCRFRadiationExposureStatement ThisequipmentcomplieswithFCCradiationexposurelimitssetforthforan uncontrolledenvironment.TocomplywithFCCRFExposurecompliance requirements,thisgrantisapplicabletoonlyMobileConfigurations.Theantennas usedforthetransmittermustbeinstalledtoprovideaseparationdistanceofatleast 20cmfromallpersonsandmustnotbecolocatedoroperatinginconjunctionwith anyotherantennaortransmitter.
