You need to initialize it on the EZVIZ International App. RESET ButtonPress and hold the RESET button for 3s while the camera is running, the camera restarts and all parameters are reset to default. Installation 1 Installing the Metal Plate (Optional) Select a clean and flat wall, and secure the metal plate to the desired position with the foam stickers or screws (not supplied.) A piece of magnet is built in the camera, you can skip the step if the installation place is metallic. 2 Installing the Camera Secure the camera magnetically to the metal plate or metal surface (see figure below). 3 Completing Installation Adjust the camera angle as required. 2 Operations Step 1 (Optional) Inserting the microSD Card into the Camera Prepare a microSD card and insert it into the microSD card slot. - Connect your mobile phone to Wi-Fi.
- Download and install the EZVIZ International app by searching the EZVIZ in App Store (iOS version) and Google PlayTM (Android version).
- Start the app and register for an EZVIZ user account following the start-up wizard. 2 Adding Camera
- Log in the EZVIZ International app.
- Scan the QR Code on the bottom of the camera or on the Quick Start Guide cover and follow the prompts to add the camera and set the Wi-Fi. (Locate the camera within 3 meters from the router when setting the Wi-Fi.) To connect to another Wi-Fi, press the RESET button on the camera for 3 seconds to restart the camera, and reconnect the Wi-Fi when the indicator flickers red and blue. 3 Initializing the microSD Card Initialize the microSD card of the camera and then you can record the event triggered video inside the camera, like motion detection. 3 Functions HD 720P Live Video Wi-Fi Connection 130 diagonal view angle for more scenes. Make sure the network the camera is connected to is working properly and the routers DHCP is enabled. 2. Press and hold the RESET button for 3s to reset the settings if you change the network parameters. The mobile phone cannot receive alarm prompts when the camera is online. 1. Make sure the EZVIZ International app is running on your mobile phone. 2. For Android OS mobile phone, make sure the App is running in the background; and for iOS mobile phones, enable the message push function in Settings > Notification. Does the camera support power via USB devices or a portable battery. Its advised to use the EZVIZ standard power adapter to provide a stable voltage supply.
