Power out is EIRP. Limited Modular Approval for adding Panasonic Personal Computer Model FZ-55 host, as documented in this filing. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi- transmitter product procedures. RF Exposure has been evaluated along with a WLAN/BT module (FCC ID: ACJ9TGWL20B) co-location in the same host. End- users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. OEM integrators must ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module. This device supports LTE Channel Bandwidths of 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz and 20 MHz and intra-band Carrier Aggregation in LTE Band 48. This device also supports LTE Bands 2/4/5/7/12/13/14/26/41/66.

Class II Permissive to address RF Exposure along with a WLAN/BT module (FCC ID: ACJ9TGWL18A) co-location in the host of Panasonic Convertible PC Model FZ-55, as documented in this filing, and to remove band 30 (2300MHz) by software. Power out is conducted at the antenna terminal. Limited Modular Approval. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed application; and must not be co- located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter evaluation procedures as documented in this filing. End-users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. OEM integrators must ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module. For mobile operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed the gains documented in this filing for, as defined in 2.1091 for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and/or EIRP power limits as specified in Part 22/24/27.
