The antennas used for this transmitter as shown in this filing must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End-users may not be provided with the module installation instructions. OEM integrators and end-users must be provided with transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Class II Permissive Change: Single Modular Approval, address RF Exposure along with the WLAN/BT module (FCC ID: SPYIM0002) co-location in the host of handset, Host Brand/model: Opticon/H-28 NCSA, as documented in this filing. For satisfying FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, body-worn operations are restricted to belt-clips, holsters or similar accessories that have no metallic component in the assembly and must provide at least 10 mm separation between the device and the user's body. The highest reported SAR for head, body-worn accessory, product specific, simultaneous transmission, and extremity (hand) exposure conditions are 1.25 W/kg, 0.84 W/kg, 1.42 W/kg, 1.54 W/kg and 2.06 W/kg, respectively.
