Answering system After registering the desk phone to KX-TGW420, the answering system can answer and record calls for you in the general mailbox when you are unavailable to answer the phone. If the Digital Receptionist System is turned on with KX-TGW420, the unit allows you to receive and deliver the callers messages using each personal mailbox. The mailbox numbers are same as the units extension numbers. You can program the answering system setting for your personal mailbox.
